Policies
Appointments
We strongly recommed that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the forfeiture of your appointment.
Cancellations and No Shows
We require 24-hours notice to cancel an appointment without charge. No shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate of the treatment or service booked.
Cell Phones and Pagers
In consideration of others receiving services, please turn off your cell phones and pagers or set to vibrate.
Gratuities
Gratuities are cheerfully accepted and not included in the price of service. If you are happy with your services it is customary to give 15-20%.
Checks
There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.
Merchandise Returns
Returned merchandise will be graciously accepted within 30 days for in-salon credit only, no cash or credit card refunds. We can not accept returns on any open or used makeup, any product that has been used 50% or more, any sale and/or discontinued item.
Prices Subject to Change
Service prices listed are minimum prices. Price may go up depending on the amount of work needing to be done.
Packages
Purchase a Series of three (3) of any single service and receive 10% off the entire amount. Purchase a Series of six (6) of any single service and receive 20% off the entire amount. Special Occasion Bridal packages available for MakeUp and also Hair Styling. Each package includes a trial run and the day of service.
Gift Certificates
Any combination of services can be created. A great gift idea for any occasion to show you care. You can purchase a gift certificate in the salon or online.
